SRQ MEDIA HOSTS OFFICIAL COUGAR TOWN SCREENING

SRQ MEDIA Sarasota, FL- SRQ Media is thrilled to announce it will co-host an exclusive private screening party for ABC sitcom Cougar Town on December 27, 2011 at Michael’s on East.

SRQ Media Group's Ashley Homan has been in talks with Cougar Town executives, and has confirmed a Season 3 premier screening of the show. “I am delighted to be helping Cougar Town reach their SRQ fanbase by organizing this screening with Michael's On East. Being a huge fan of the show, I am so happy Cougar Town has decided to bring the show "home" and share a special screening of Season 3 with its fans”.

In attendance will be show creator Kevin Biegel, as well as one of the series’ actors (to be announced at the event). The event will feature a screening of a never-before-seen episode from Season 3 of the show, as well as a “penny can” tournament. “I’m so excited we're doing a #CougarTownviewingparty in Sarasota. Sarasota is my hometown and where the show pretty much takes place,” Biegel tweeted on Monday.

On Monday evening, show creators Bill Lawrence and Kevin Biegel announced plans for multi-city viewing parties as grassroots effort to raise publicity for the show in anticipation of Cougar Town’s third season, airing in March.

Ticket distribution was announced via Twitter, with the first 60 people to send emails to sarasotaviewingparty@gmail.com winning tickets to the event. Ticket required for entry.
