The real estate saw a solid May, with a total of 1,100 closed sales in May, with 747 single-family home sales and 353 condominium sales. While that is a slight decrease from last May, where there were 1,127 closings, the association noted that April so far has been ahead of the pace for 2013, which ended up with the second highest number of closed sales in association history.
