Riverview Closes On Bradenton Herald Building

The Riverview Complex has closed on the $3.2-million purchase of a 34,000-square-feet office multi-tenant investment building on Third Avenue West in Bradenton. One of the primary tenants is the Bradenton Herald.  The buyer was represented by Anthony Homer, with Focus Commercial Real Estate. The seller, Miller Enterprises of Manatee and Riverview Center Associates, was represented by Hugh Miller, with CMI Associates, and by Debra Cooper, an advisor with the downtown Bradenton office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group.
