Sarasota investors David Chessler, Eric Baird and Jesse Biter on Thursday finalized the acquisition of the Main Plaza/Hollywood 20 in Downtown Sarasota. The group bought the 8-acre property from Paragon Management Group. The buyers were represented by Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate and financed by Eric Snider of Hancock Back.
