Barron and Patricia Schimberg of Schimberg Group purchased a 12,725-square-foot lot on the corner of Main Streer and Audubon Avenue in Sarasota from the First Church Of Christ, Scientist for $332,500. The Schimberg Group will be building a 6,000-square-foot two-story office building, the ground floor of which will be available for lease as office or retail space in late 2016. Eric Massey with Michael Saunders and Company represented the buyer and John Caragiulo with Hembree and Associates represented the seller.
