Easy Tahini

Use this sauce over steamed vegetables, grains or salad.
Yield: about 1 cup
Ingredients: ½ cup tahini, 1 clove garlic, pressed, 3–4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 2 Tbsp. tamari, ½ cup water or unsalted vegetable stock. For a more classic sauce substitute lemon for the vinegar and salt for the tamari.
Place all the ingredients except the water in a small bowl and mix well. While vigorously stirring the ingredients, slowly add the water until the desired consistency is reached.
