Post-Turkey Detox

Hunting & Gathering

So Thanksgiving has come and gone and lo and behold—don't feel bad—you ate everything. Instead of taking the weekend to eat more bloat-inducing leftovers, hangout in the garden at Shoogie Boogies and indulge your healthy tooth with a side-by-side salad duo. Side one: The Mediterranean, piled high with mixed greens, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, French green beans, mixed olives and mushrooms. Side two: The Pear and Walnut, the two eponymous ingredients sit atop arugula, sprinkled with smoky Gouda, blue cheese and droplets of clover honey. Your stomach will thank you after all you put it through.

For more on Shoogie Boogies, check out the article from our August issue.
