Keller Williams Realty Select has announced the addition of three new real estate agents in Daniel Pittaro, Scott Nivens and Susan South. Pittaro’s real estate experience spans more than 30 years, becoming involved in virtually all phases of the business. He has done both residential and commercial sales and leasing, new home sales, residential and commercial property management, and subdivision and commercial development approvals. Nivens is a native Floridian who has lived in the Manatee-Sarasota area for the last 35 years. He began his real estate career 20 years ago flipping properties. Being on both sides of the real estate market has given him the experience to become a good negotiator for buyers and sellers. In the course of a diverse 20-year career in business ownership and since 2008 with residential real estate, South has proven to be a skilled executive, visionary, a skillful trouble-shooter and turnaround expert. Previously, she has worked for herself as an owner of the family business, as a recruiter for corporate staffing, in marketing development for a national pharmaceutical marketing corporation and as a real estate agent.
