Friendship Centers Announces New Board Governors

Friendship Centers, a nonprofit serving adults over 50 in Southwest Florida, has announced six new board governors. The board of governors brings together regional community leaders from five counties to govern Senior Friendship Centers, Inc. and Senior Friendship Centers Foundation, Inc. The new members include: Paul Caragiulo, who is wrapping up his most current role as Sarasota County commissioner and served as a Sarasota City Commissioner and is a partner in several family restaurant businesses; Vicki Dworski, who had a career in management consulting and wealth management in Philadelphia before retiring to Sarasota where she volunteers regularly at Friendship Centers; Wendy Fishman, the executive vice president and senior trust officer with Caldwell Trust Company; Marilyn Gregory, a staff member and volunteer for 18 years with SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders); Michael Juceam, CEO/owner of Right at Home, Sarasota, a private duty home health company; and Michael Karp, who joined the Sarasota law firm of Wood, Scheb & Whitesell, where he established a civil litigation department, and in retirement has volunteered his legal services with Friendship Centers.
