Volunteers and Donations Needed To "Sack" Summer Hunger

Over the summer, The Food Bank of Manatee, a program of Meals On Wheels PLUS, distributes nutritious weekend food sacks for students through 47 community partner sites throughout Manatee County. In total, The Food Bank of Manatee distributed more than 110,000 meals to more than 18,000 students in 2018. The Food Bank of Manatee is encouraging the community to donate and volunteer.
