Overturf’s Floor & Fabric Care recently moved into a 5,000-square-foot building on Manatee Ave E to accommodate the high volume of area rug cleaning and high end fabric protector the company performs. From humble beginnings as a husband and wife startup in 2008, to 2013 when Overturf moved into its first brick and mortar location, the business has seen continuous growth in the Manatee and Sarasota service areas, especially in the specialty Oriental rug cleaning segment, and earned the 2015 Small Business of the Year award from the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. This new location will allow Overturf to do even more volume, lower turn around times and continue to grow.
