GATES Construction is building The Strand Condominium, a new 4-story, 152 unit luxury mid-rise located steps from Downtown Sarasota. The new building will include gated access, private club room, fitness center, and resort-style pool. Among the unique luxury style amenities this Whitaker Bayou property offers its guests are a waterfront boardwalk, kayak launch, guest boat docks and a dog park. For those residents with watercraft, 47 private boat slips will be available. The project is slated for completion in the summer of 2021. Design Services are provided by Hoyt Architects.
