Girl Scouts Seeking Help from Local Businesses for 2021 Cookie Season

The 2021 Girl Scout Cookie Program is underway and Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida is seeking support from local businesses and organizations to help girls have a positive and successful cookie season despite challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic. The council is looking for businesses to offer a helping hand and allow Girl Scouts and their troop leaders to safely host in-person cookie booths while following proper COVID-19 safety protocols beginning February 19, 2021“This year, we’re asking for support from the communities we serve in order to overcome the challenges our troops are facing this cookie season due to the ongoing pandemic,” said council CEO Mary Anne Servian. “Our Girl Scouts are eager to participate in cookie booth sales and gain important entrepreneurial, business and life skills. This year, Girl Scouts will also sell cookies to donate to our essential healthcare works, veterans and other Hometown Heroes."
