The Concession, an exclusive, gated golf-course community located between Sarasota and Manatee counties, sold 55 homesites in 2014, an increase of over 70 percent compared to the 32 sales in 2013.Total sales volume equaled $13,959,000 last year with an average homesite sales price of $253,800.The Concession features the area's top builders including Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Emerald Homes, John Cannon Homes, Johnson Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, Neal Signature Homes and Rinehart Homes.
