Bijou Welcomes Atriano, Gissinger as Managers

Bijou Cafe has welcomed two new managers to the restaurant, Ivet Atriano and Jeffrey Gissinger. Atriano has been with the Bijou for more than five years and has been promoted to day manager and event coordinator. Gissinger has been a Sarasota resident for six years and most recently worked at Louies Modern on Palm Avenue. He will be filling the position of night manager and assisting Atriano with on- and off-premise events.
