SoFresh makes an exciting expansion outside of its Tampa Bay and Lakewood Ranch locations—claiming a spot in Downtown Sarasota under the newly-developed DeSoto apartment complex. In line with the movement behind ‘Fast Casual Fresh’, SoFresh's menu of hot bowls, salads, wraps and juices will be made-to-order in a vibrantly modern setting, with non-GMO organic ingredients, in-house sauces/ dressings and 100% avocado and sunflower oil (instead of widely-used Canola oil for cooking). Accommodating a variety of preferences including vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo and gluten-free, this new eatery will surely become many Sarasotans go-to for lunch break or for on-the-go dinners—fulfilling that downtown void of fast, affordable food with high nutritional value. "We firmly believe cooking a meal after it has been ordered, is key to delivering the highest quality, nutrient-rich food our guests desire," said Tyler Berlingeri, Brand Expression Director. 

Keep your eyes peeled on 2nd Street for the Grand Opening of SoFresh, set later this June.
