Sarasota County Area Transit Driver Tests Positive for COVID-19

SRQ DAILY FRESHLY SQUEEZED CONTENT EVERY MORNING TUESDAY FEB 23, 2021

The Florida Department of Health (DOH) has confirmed a positive COVID-19 test result for a Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) driver on Friday, February 19th. In consultation with DOH-Sarasota, SCAT has identified the following operational dates and routes served by the affected driver:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 16 – Route 12, 1:45pm to 9pm
  • Thursday, Feb. 18 – Route 2, 2pm to 9pm
