Bishop Museum of Science is excited to report that work is moving right along on the Parker Manatee Rehabilitation Habitat, which is temporarily closed while the habitat undergoes renovations. Chief Facilities Officer at The Bishop said, “It took about six months of conversations and sketches and presentations. Our veterinarian has worked hand-in-hand with us on the development and design, and he also is giving us feedback as the renovations progress.” The renovations also include new plumbing, which will further improve water quality.
