Kent Hayes, a Principal of Tandem since 2023, has been appointed Vice President. Kent will bring his 13 years of local experience paired with a master’s degree in engineering and construction management to further enhance Tandem's preconstruction department, project management services, and client relationships. Peter Hayes, the Founder and Principal of Tandem Construction since 1980, will now serve as Chairman of the Board, and will continue as an active member of the leadership team.
