Dr. Bianca Harris Named the Director of Programs for the Henson Fund

The Henson Fund has named Dr. Bianca Harris as its Director of Programs. As the director of programs, Harris will be responsible for enhancing the fund’s visibility by interfacing with education representatives in creating programs to meet the unique growth and development needs of students at Title 1 schools. Those responsibilities will focus on supporting communities and families to ensure students are thriving academically and socially. Harris has extensive experience as a teacher, school counselor, principal, program coordinator and chief program officer, providing expertise in program development, measurement, evaluation, and outcomes. Most recently, Harris advised New Leaders, Inc. a national nonprofit organization that works tirelessly to build equitably focused aspiring school leaders to dismantle disparities prevalent in K12 education in America.
