The SRQ MAGAZINE Top Doctors Medical Resource is produced by the publishers of SRQ MAGAZINE in partnership with DataJoe, a Colorado-based research team partnering with business and consumer publishing companies across the United States. We need your guidance to provide readers with a
credible guide based on peer recognition.
As a medical professional in the Sarasota Manatee region, we invite you to nominate your peers in the medical community that are making an impact. By completing this online survey, you will be providing us with valuable input that will assist our team in compiling a reputable, well-rounded list of providers in a variety of specialties. Results will be published in SRQ Magazine this November 2025.
The deadline to submit the completed survey is June 13, 2025.
Guidelines for Nominations

Only nominate those professionals for whom you have personal knowledge of their skill and expertise.

You may nominate any person for any category. If you are unable to locate your nominee’s name in the drop-down list for a particular category, scroll to the bottom of the survey and click to add the record to our database.

We recommend only completing nominations for those categories in which you are familiar.

The nominations you provide will be utilized solely for the purposes of compiling, producing and publishing the Top Doctor Medical Resource in SRQ Magazine’s print and online platforms.

Surveys will remain anonymous and the nominations will remain anonymous.
Rules for Submission
- Must be completed by a medical professional practicing in the Greater Sarasota area, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Palmetto, Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, North Port, Lakewood Ranch and Wellen Park.
- You may only submit one ballot per year.
- You are not required to complete more than one nomination in any specialty, except when voting for yourself. Should you choose to nominate yourself, you must then include two other candidates outside your practice in that same category.
