CLIENT TRAFFIC AND SERVICES COORDINATOR

 

SRQ MEDIA is seeking a meticulous Client Traffic and Services Coordinator with a background in production and design to work with clients to schedule, direct, implement and fulfill advertising artwork, client design, content marketing deliverables and approvals to meet specifications on deadline and cultivating a culture of high communications, articulate collaboration and timeliness to optimize the client experience. Key position responsibilites include: creating and tracking multiple production schedules, proactively meeting all deadlines by setting effective communications pathways and expectations with clients, staff members and freelancers, overseeing the creation, review, client proofing and approval of all contracted client materials, collaborating with the client to ensure a streamlined, purposeful and positive engagement, quality control of artwork being releases for publication, working efficiently on multiple sets of publication deadlines while meeting deadlines.

The Client Traffic Coordinator must possess a positive, go-getter’s attitude, be a team leader with a keen sense of urgency, and be able to demonstrate good judgment, prioritize, work well under deadline pressures, and multi-task to ensure that individual, team and company-wide performance-based metrics are achieved. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional with a creative streak who enjoys creating relationships within the community and has experience in managing people, implementing procedures and maintaining deadlines within an entrepreneurial, fact-paced environment.

Experience: Entry to mid-level position—prior professional project management, customer service and/or marketing experience, recommended. Experience or background in production and graphic design, preferred.

This position reports to SRQ MEDIA's Executive Publisher Wes Roberts and has responsibility for developing and growing new advertising and marketing opportunities with local businesses interested in engaging influential audiences through our award-winning platform of digital, online, print and engagement assets.
