Produced by SRQ Magazine, the 2026 4WALLS Commercial Building Design Awards honor the year’s most impressive buildings, spaces and future developments shaping the built environment of Southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. While four adjoining walls may make a space inhabitable, great design brings that space to life with purpose, function and narrative. From concept to construction, the 4WALLS Awards celebrates projects that go beyond structure to create places that are innovative, impactful and thoughtfully designed.
Open to a wide range of project types—from hospitality spaces and commercial buildings to public spaces, mixed-use developments, new home communities and future projects—this competition recognizes excellence without limits on scale, function or form. Each year, a panel of judges from outside the region reviews submissions from builders, architects, engineers and design professionals, awarding Platinum, Gold and Silver distinctions in each category. All winners will be recognized in the 4WALLS Awards special section published in the September 2026 edition of SRQ Magazine.
If your project reflects innovation, strong design thinking and a meaningful contribution to the
built environment, we invite you to submit to the 2026 4WALLS Commercial Design Awards.
Stay tuned! Entry form will open April 10, 2026.
