New professional office tenants include AvSKY, a private aviation brokerage and aircraft parts dealer; Allstate Fisher Family Insurance, a family-owned insurance provider; J&B Insurance Partners, helping individuals protect their financial future; and Mattamy Homes, North America’s largest privately owned homebuilder.

Wellen Park’s President, Rick Severance, shared his enthusiasm about the community’s Phase II growth. “I‘m so pleased with our new tenants—not just their appetite to be a part of Wellen Park, but also to be part of the fabric,” he says. “We actually have a number of tenants who are residents—they reside in Wellen Park, which is phenomenal.
