A new restaurant, Cleveland Kitchen, has broken ground in Lakewood Ranch. Founded by Steve and Cindy Novak, Cleveland Kitchen’s takes the Novak’s classic Eastern European family recipes and combines it with their love for Cleveland culture and more than 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, including 10 as owners of Cleveland’s On The Way Cafe. With a menu of Cleveland favorites such as brats and franks and chicken paprikas, Cleveland Kitchen plans to open this Spring at 2539 Lakewood Ranch Blvd.
