The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) installed their 2017 officers and directors, including CID President Rico Boeras of Sarasota Commercial Realty, LLC. During his term, Boeras will focus on building participation in CID, increasing membership to 400 Realtors and business partners and to improve the educational opportunities available to members. Boeras is a lifelong resident of Sarasota. His real estate career began in 1997 and he currently specializes in sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial properties as well as landlord and tenant representation and multi-family properties. Boeras has been involved with CID since 2001 and has been on the board for the past four years.
