After 22 years as executive director of Keep Manatee Beautiful, Ingrid McClellan is stepping down to serve as Executive Director Emeritus. The new Executive Director, Jennifer Hoffman, is originally from the Gulf Coast of Florida, and joins Keep Manatee Beautiful from Dallas, TX. For the past 15 years Hoffman has worked for different nonprofit organizations managing volunteers. After graduating from University of Texas at Dallas with a Masters of Public Affairs in nonprofit management, she added to her job skills adult education, community engagement and special events/fundraising. For more than seven years, Hoffman has worked in the environmental field at two botanical gardens and Earth Day. In her personal life, Hoffman volunteers for several nonprofits as a member of the board and helping with special events.
