But the marquee item at Apple Spice is its daily baked bread, including honey wheat, 13 grain and sourdough. In addition to box lunches, Apple Spice will also offer a catering menu, featuring breakfast buffets, sandwich platters, fruit and veggie trays, build your own salad bar, baked potato bar and taco bar, and hot entrees ranging from pot roast and roasted chicken to chicken parmesan and baked ziti.
