On Thursday, November 29, Nextiny, a Sarasota-based marketing and sales agency, is offering a free workshop to help businesses and organizations get started with live chat and chatbots. Joining the workshop from Boston is guest speaker Brian Bagdasarian from HubSpot, who will be sharing his expertise on Conversational Growth Strategy. Bagdasarian leads the development of Conversational Growth Strategy for HubSpot, working to educate the marketing world with best practices and insights into the world of chatbots and conversational marketing. Some of the topics Bagdasarian will cover during the workshop include: live chat management, conversational strategy, live chat/chatbot implementation and optimization of conversational marketing.
