Or for a taste of the mainland, dig into the Spice-Grilled Skirt Steak, a true celebration and embodiment of Brazilian cattle country cuisine. These long and hefty strips of steak sizzle under plump heirloom tomatoes, skewered and seasoned with rosemary, while the fried egg strategically placed as a cherry on top embodies the rural roots of Brazilian cooking.
