The law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen, and Ginsburg, P.A., is pleased to announce that Patrick Seidensticker has joined the firm as an associate in their Lakewood Ranch office. His practice is focused in the areas of commercial real estate, land use, and property valuation. He is a native of Boca Grande, Florida, and is co-founder of Tableseide Restaurant Group in Sarasota. Patrick received undergraduate degrees in philosophy and finance from Tulane University, and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, he served as a senior associate for Stetson Law Review.
