Wandering Oaks, a local wedding and event venue, invites the public to attend an open house and venue showcase event held on Saturday, January 11th, 2020, at 12pm. The venue, located at 11325 MJ Road, is a family owned and operated venue on 20 acres in Myakka City, Florida. “We are honored to host our first open house event at our beautiful Wandering Oaks venue in Myakka City and we are excited to welcome brides and their friends,” said LeahAnn Parker, Wandering Oaks owner. “We welcome the public to come visit our venue and enjoy a fun event under our gorgeous wandering oaks.” The event, free to attendees and guests, aims to showcase features and recent upgrades and improvements to the venue, along with showcasing a variety of vendors and companies providing wedding and event services. Attendees will be invited to participate in a raffle with prizes available, including a discounted rate for booking the venue and a “date night” package. 

Wandering Oaks is a family owned and operated wedding and event venue located on a quiet and secluded 20 acres in Myakka City, Florida. Featuring a long, paved entrance, the venue was named for the canopy of oak trees that stretch across the property. The venue, which includes a rustic style pole barn, bridal and groom suites, wooden ceremony benches and Edison lighting, is available for rent for weddings and events.
