As part of its monthly Career Connections program to link women to quality jobs and funded trainings, the Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is partnering with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management to offer a free webinar about local career opportunities in the financial sector, including entry-level positions with starting wages of $20 an hour. A college degree is not required for these jobs, though candidates must have strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills. Representatives from Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management will explain career pathways and employee development programs offered at their locations in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. WRC is hosting this free informational webinar on Wednesday, July 15, 12 to 1pm.
