Local fashion and beauty vendors and artists converge this Sunday to kick off the summer at the Art Ovation Hotel for the SRQ Fashion Benefit, sponsored by Blue Door Spa of Bradenton. Taking to the runway will be on-trend summer ensembles from online boutique Pink Sebastian Boutique accompanied by beach-style essentials from Christin Lilly’s Siesta Beach Babe Boutique, also an organizer for the benefit. Experience the Vintage-Pop style portraits from Venice-based artist Karen Chandler, known most recently for her 'Sarasota Heroes' mural in Downtown Sarasota honoring healthcare workers. She will be joined by Sarasota-based artist Heather Scarpinato, who specializes in water-inspired acrylic and resin paintings. Shop Terra Amazonia’s Brazilian jewelry and crafts showcasing cultural and ecological designs of Brazil and the Amazon,  jewelry from 12 Gate Treasures and H&M, Iice Candles’ icy clear wax candles and design from Lilac & Lace Vintage.
