In Conversation with Arthur Lerman

BrandStory

Published in the July magazine, In Conversation with Non Profit Leaders features a roundtable discussion among representatives from local non profit organizations. Below is an excerpt from the conversation in which Arthur Lerman of JFCS of the Suncoast shares insight on the importance of adapting for the future.

HOW CAN WE BE PREPARED FOR THE FUTURE?

There are many significant challenges that exist within our society, COVID notwithstanding. As long as we are creative and are able to marshal the resources necessary to make a difference in people’s lives, we have fulfilled our mission as an organization. Fundamentally, we’re just here to serve the needs of the community. This is not about people fitting into our squares or circles. This is about us being nimble and flexible to really meet people where it works best for them and we’re eager to face the new challenges that exist within our community.
