Compass, a leading real estate technology company, announced its launch in Sarasota with 10 top agents. Founding agents joining Compass in Sarasota include: Jennifer Linehan, Sara Ferguson, Pam Charron, Rich Polese, Brian Wood, and Brian & Bonnie Helgemo of The Helgemo Team. Additional principal agents joining Compass include Sandra Osorio, Susan Harding, and Josie Cline. Altogether, the agents joining Compass in Sarasota represent $305M+ in sales volume from the last 12 months.

This news represents Compass’ continued expansion throughout Florida, having launched in Jacksonville in May 2021, Tampa Bay in April 2021, and Orlando in March 2021. Compass’ presence in Sarasota is sure to build upon the strong foundations already established in nearby Naples, which launched in 2017.

Compass is home to nearly 23,000 agents operating in over 60 markets in the U.S. Last year Compass agents assisted home sellers and buyers to transact approximately $152 billion in residential real estate making Compass the largest independent real estate brokerage in the United States
