How can educational institutions and parents help form kids that are able to handle stressors like we are seeing today?

The Impact of social media right now, and kids having the ability at the tip of their fingers to have information in minutes and seconds of what is going on around the world, what is going on in their community is big. Some of them don't have the ability to know what is true and what is not. They see it online and believe it is real. We are helping our teenagers to read, to investigate, to research deep before taking that information immediately and believing it to be true.
