Tzeva To Host Special Four Course Wine Dinner Experience to Kick Off Forks and Corks

To help kick off the 16th annual Forks & Corks Wine Festival, the wine maker's from The Lerner Project & Thompson 31 Fifty are teaming up with Chef Ken Shiro Lumpkin to create a four course, prix fixe dinner paired with a selection of wines from their amazing portfolios. On Friday, April 21, the dinner reception at Tzeva will begin at 6:30 PM with passed glasses of MANDOIS Brut. Dinner will begin at 7 PM with the first course being a Hamachi Crudo with green apple, jicama, ginger oil, yuzu, and fresh dill paired with Thompson 31 Fifty Bacigalupi Vineyard Chardonnay 2021. The second course will feature Gnocchi with Petrichor Farms wild mushrooms, cherry jus, fresh herbs, and goat cheese paired with Thompson 31 Fifty Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2017, while the third course will be a Seared Lamb Loin Dijon with panko, kalamata olives, charred broccolini, and kabocha paired with The Lerner Project Oakville, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016. The final course for your sweet tooth will be a Valrhona Chocolate Ricotta Cake with white pepper ice cream, caramelized plum, and espresso anglaise paired with The Lerner Project Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019. The wine dinner will be $75 per person and reservations can be made via OpenTable.
