Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Barancik and Ben Hanan to its Board of Directors. Steve Barancik is a former screenwriter, children’s book author, and educator with a strong interest in the environment. He and his wife, fellow board member Lisa Hise, live in the Pacific Northwest. Ben Hanan is a senior partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick. He is on the boards of All Faiths Food Bank and Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, formerly served on the boards of Gulf Coast Community Foundation and Sarasota County Economic Development Corporation and is a founding director of IMG Academies Student-Athlete Foundation.
