Nautilus Homes, a leading Sarasota-based luxury builder, has achieved an unprecedented milestone: winning national awards in two consecutive years—a first for the city of Sarasota. After earning five NAHB awards last year for its "Island Breeze" project, the company has again secured six prestigious honors from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for "Watersound," a 5,700-square-foot residence in Cherokee Park and En Pointe, a new five story condominium mid-rise on Golden Gate Point. These accolades were presented at the 2025 International Builders' Show in Las Vegas on February 26, spanning both The Nationals and the Best in American Living Awards (BALA), two of North America’s most esteemed homebuilding recognitions.
