"Early detection through proactive and regular screening provides the best runway for detection and cure."
ArchWell Health™ is a national healthcare provider serving seniors aged 60 and older, with a strong presence in Florida, including three centers in the Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton areas. The organization urges women to schedule their annual mammogram before National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
ArchWell Health recently launched its first “Pink Letter Project Day”, kicking off a three-month initiative to promote early breast cancer screenings among women aged 50–74. With millions overdue for mammograms, the campaign aims to encourage timely appointments—particularly before the October surge—helping to improve early detection and outcomes. By tackling access and awareness barriers, the initiative supports better health outcomes for older women.
"ArchWell Health is continually raising the bar in breast cancer education, action and care for maturing women aged 60+. Early detection through proactive and regular screening provides the best runway for detection and cure," explains ArchWell Health Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Judith Ford. "In our third year, we are proud to build on an ongoing commitment to the ‘Pink Letter Project.’ As a leading nationwide breast health advocate for women aged 60+, we are leveraging the collective impact of our nationwide network of primary care Centers to deliver first-class support in the fight against breast cancer. We are proud to serve Florida's Gulf Coast, including Sarasota, Bradenton and Venice, along with Jacksonville. Our community members in these areas are who we are striving to reach and support, and we wholeheartedly welcome women and their family and friends to connect and join in on all the 'Pink Letter Project' has to offer!"
As part of the campaign, ArchWell Health is mailing personalized letters—marked with a signature pink touch—to members who are due or overdue for mammograms. These letters include compassionate guidance on screening importance, simple scheduling instructions, center locations, FAQs, and a personalized mammogram order form for use at screening appointments.
In addition, members will receive custom “Pink Letter Project” postcards, encouraging them to write personal notes to friends and loved ones, motivating them to get screened before October. From July 15 to October 31, ArchWell Health centers nationwide will host social and educational events aligned with the campaign.

Four regional nonprofit organizations have joined Margin & Mission Ignition, an entrepreneurial opportunity from The Patterson Foundation designed to build organizational capacity, boost revenue and strengthen mission impact. During a 30-month process, The Patterson Foundation connects these organizations with experts in nonprofit revenue generation from No Margin, No Mission, a social enterprise and national consulting firm. Through their guidance, each organization will learn proven business practices to develop and implement a customized earned-income plan. Previous participants have used their Margin & Mission Ignition exploration to launch or expand educational classes, venue rentals, thrift stores, consulting services, gift shops and other programs to create revenue beyond what they earn from traditional fundraising. With significant changes to the federal government’s longstanding systems for funding and supporting nonprofits continuing to unfold, funding diversification and self-sufficiency are becoming more important than ever for a nonprofit’s financial stability and operational capacity. Earned-income generation offers nonprofits a creative way to cultivate new sources of funding.

There's much ado about something in this whip-smart, laugh-out-loud new romantic comedy from Lauren Gunderson. Lady Disdain is a fast-paced, razor-sharp riff on the deliciously dramatic world of Fantasy Romance novels (yes, those ones-you know them, you love them). Beatrice and Benedict, rival audiobook narrators with voices made for swooning and tempers made for sparring, are locked in a battle of wits, words, and wildly inconvenient attraction. Asolo Rep proudly presents this world premiere from one of America's most celebrated and funny playwrights.

Set in ancient Athens, A Midsummer Night's Dream weaves a mesmerizing tapestry of intertwining worlds - courtly, rustic, and magical. As Duke Theseus and Hippolyta prepare for their royal wedding, four young lovers flee into an enchanted forest, where a troupe of amateur actors is also rehearsing a play for the occasion. Unbeknownst to them all, the forest is alive with fairies who meddle, manipulate, and stir chaos of their own. Love turns dark, identities blur, and the lines between reality and illusion dissolve in this heady, dreamlike comedy exploring desire, transformation, and the delirium of bliss.

From the writer of television's Dr. Who, Sherlock, and Dracula comes a hilarious new play about an unwanted house guest. After twenty years of marriage, Peter and Debbie are enjoying a cruise and a break from their annoying teenagers, when they meet an eagerly friendly, but perhaps dangerous, fellow passenger named Elsa. Before you know it, she's taken up residence in their suburban home. Asolo Rep stages the US premiere of this hugely entertaining and satirical look at the terrifying lengths we go just to be nice.

Rooted in Latino folklore and mythology, Wolf at the Door is a haunting fairy tale about power, survival, and resistance.
