Historic Waterworks, a Sarasota company managed by Frank W. Howell, sold 1,786 square feet of office space at 1003 North Orange Avenue to a company managed by Christopher Leader and Punit Patel for $215,000. Howell’s company bought the building from Sarasota County for $279,000 in October 2003 and finished converting it into office condos in 2006.
