Neal Communities, southwest Florida’s locally owned and operated private builder for over 40 years, promoted Jason Frost to vice president of land acquisitions and recently hired Elayne McKinney and Bill Panebianco as area sales managers. Originally from Tampa, Frost has 12 years experience in land acquisitions, including procurements for a national homebuilder and local commercial developer. McKinney, a second-generation real estate consultant, brings over 10 years experience to Neal Communities while Panebianco has over 25 years experience in sales and sales management.
