Sarasota County hired Patrick Lui as its new bicycle and pedestrian coordinator. Lui previously spent seven years working for the town of Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, six as a parks planner, then a year as the sustainable transportation coordinator. In that position, he was responsible for managing the implementation of a pedestrian and cycling master plan for the community.
