The Florida Airports Council presented the 2014 Honorary Mark Winkelmann Blue Light Award to Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority employee Richard Ott at the FAC Facilities and Information Technology Conference in Lake Buena Vista. Every year, the FAC Facilities Committee presents this award to a general aviation or commercial airport employee who has demonstrated exemplary services and skills, specifically in the field of airport facilities and maintenance.
