Sarasota County officials extended a conditional offer of employment to a new director of the Office of Financial Management. The candidate, Kimberli Radtke, has spent the past eight years working as the county's operating budget manager. In that role, she oversaw an operating budget of more than $600 million, performing advanced analysis and providing fiscal guidance on the transfer and expenditure of county funds. She has served in a leadership position with a team that has received the Government Finance Officers Association's Distinguished Budget Award for 24 consecutive years.
