Oakridge Apartments is requesting approval from the City of Sarasota with respect to changing the use of the subject lot from a 121-unit hotel/motel to a 121-dwelling unit multi-family residential development. The lot contains a total of three building with two of the buildings being two-story and housing the residential units. The third building is one story and contains a restaurant (leased by a sole-proprietor) and reception office. No changes to the buildings are proposed at this time. Access is taken from North Tamiami Trial.
