Neal Communities broke ground on Indigo, its newest neighborhood in Lakewood Ranch. An active, adult-themed community just northeast of Central Park, the neighborhood will feature a total of 453 homes on 151 acres at completion.Indigo will be a gated, island-resort style community with maintenance-included homes and a recreation center with a lifestyle director.
