Fountains of Hope Breaks Ground

Business

Omega Communities, a senior housing development company, celebrated the groundbreaking for Fountains of Hope on Dec. 14, with a crowd of more than 100 members of the Church of Hope, local representatives and the public. The 90,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community will be located on the campus of the Church of Hope in Sarasota. Fountains of Hope will offer 106 residences on a 10-acre parcel with a host of purpose-driven features and luxury amenities, including dining areas, outdoor patios and courtyards, and private residences adjacent to the Church of Hope. Fountains of Hope will also provide 150 to 200 jobs during the construction phase, and the completed facility will then require a staff of over 100 full-time employees.
