Neal Communities is hosting a grand opening event for Windwood, a gated community with 90 homes in North Venice, on Saturday, Feb. 14 from 11am–2pm.The family-oriented Windwood community consists of 46.3 acres with 53 percent of the community dedicated to open space. The Inspiration Series homes, which showcase a craftsman architectural style, will be offered in Windwood. These affordable one- and two-story floor plans range from 1,772 square feet and are flexible up to 2,500 square feet.
